BRIEF INTRODUCTION
FL Series No-Bake Furan Resin is a kind of environmentally friendly foundry binder. Different types of resins can be used for steel casting, iron casting and non-ferrous casting. They appear pale yellow to red brown transparent liquid with the following characteristics:
A. Low Viscosity This increases the speed of resin addition and fluidity of molding sand.
B. Low Free Formaldehyde Content and Less Order This improves working condition and lightens environment pollution.
C. High Strength This reduces resin addition ratio, which means lower cost and higher quality of castings.
D. Good Collapsibility, High Precision Of Casting With Clear-Cut And Clean Surface This reduces workload for cleaning and improves work efficiency.

DIRECTION FOR USE
A. Mixing Proportion:
Sand 100
Resin 0.6--1.5% of sand weight
Hardener 30%--70% of resin weight

Mixing Process:
Mix sand with hardener using continuous sand mixer or intermittent sand mixer, then add resin and mix evenly. Commonly the mixing time is 5 to 60 seconds. Use sand immediately after mixing evenly.
B. Selection Of Resin Addition Ratio
The addition ratio of resin should be determined by requirement of production. It should be as less as possible if the strength is high enough for production.
C. Stripping Time Control
Stripping time can be adjusted within 10-90 minutes, normally within 15-40 minutes.
D. Curing Speed Control
To quicker curing speed, to improve addition ratio of resin (not excess 70%) or change faster hardener. To slower curing speed, to reduce addition ratio (not under 30%) or change slower hardener.

CAUTIONS
A. Resin and hardener should be stored separately. Strictly prohibit mixing resin and hardener directly to avoid blast!
B. A slight stimulation may be caused if this product contacts with skin. Operator should wear safety articles.
C. Resin should be kept in cold and dry place without direct sunlight. Be careful to handle.
